[Refurbished] Komfortzone Rattan Lounge Sofa

Die Optik hat mich überzeugt. Die vielen Kissen (auch mit Klett) finde ich super. Die Qualität selbst ist jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend. Nach 2 Monaten, täglichem Gebrauch ist sie bereits durchgesessen und eine Seite der Abstellfunktion ist bereits defekt. Der Aufbau war ok, aber das Fußteil eine Katastrophe. Für den Preis würde ich sie mir wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal bestellen. Ich bin glücklich über die Optik des Produkts, aber enttäuscht über die Qualität.

I was impressed by the look. I love the many cushions (some with Velcro). However, the quality itself is unsatisfactory. After two months of daily use, it's already sagged, and one side of the footrest is broken. Assembly was okay, but the footrest is a disaster. For the price, I probably wouldn't order it again. I'm happy with how the product looks, but disappointed with the quality.

Zuerst: das Sofa siegt optisch schick aus. Der Zusammenbau ging schnell und problemlos. Die Kissenfarbe entspricht allerdings in keiner Weise "creme" und sieht nicht ansatzweise so aus, wie auf dem Bild. Die Scharniere für die Lehne machen leider keinen guten Eindruck und wirken sehr instabil. Bei und ist die Lehne an die Wand angelehnt. Wir wären sonst nicht sicher, ob sie 2 Personen halten würde. Für den Preis hätten wir was anderes erwartet. Wir sind gespannt, wie lange es hält. Es ist zum Glück nicht für den Dauereinsatz gedacht.

First off, the sofa looks stylish. Assembly was quick and easy. However, the cushion color is nowhere near "cream" and doesn't look anything like the picture. The hinges for the backrest don't seem very sturdy and appear quite unstable. We've attached the backrest to the wall; otherwise, we're not sure it would support two people. For the price, we expected something better. We're curious to see how long it lasts. Luckily, it's not intended for continuous use.

In meiner ersten Bewertung war ich enttäuscht weil es nicht zum angegebenen Termin geliefert wurde. Der Kundendienst war allerdings super. Es lag nicht am Verkäufer sondern am Lieferdienst. Trotzdem wurde sich super um mich gekümmert !!! Sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit in allen Bereichen. Wirklich ein top Service. Werde sicher wieder hier bestellen. Das Produkt erfüllt alle Erwartungen und hat uns schon sehr viel Freude gemacht. Einfacher Zusammenbau. Bequem und schön anzusehen ist es auch. Rund um zufrieden. 5 Sterne

In my initial review, I was disappointed because it wasn't delivered on the specified date. However, the customer service was excellent. It wasn't the seller's fault, but the delivery service's. Despite this, they took great care of me! Very friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way. Truly top-notch service. I will definitely order from them again. The product meets all expectations and has already brought us a lot of joy. Easy assembly. It's also comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Completely satisfied. 5 stars

Ich habe nach einem nicht zu großen gemütlichen Sofa für unseren Balkon gesucht. Da ich nur 1.35 Breite zur Verfügung hatte, war das gar nicht so einfach. Dieses Sofa ist aber perfekt. Nach ein paar Schwierigkeiten beim Aufbau -die aber meinem mangelnden Technikverstand geschuldet waren- ist dies mein neuer Lieblingsplatz. Am Anfang hat es noch ein bisschen gerochen, (nur das Sofa, nicht die Kissen) ist aber nach kurzer Zeit weg. Es ist stabil, die Kissen dick genug, einfach toll!

I was looking for a comfortable sofa for our balcony that wasn't too big. Since I only had 1.35 meters of width available, that wasn't so easy. But this sofa is perfect. After a few difficulties assembling it—which were due to my lack of technical know-how—it's my new favorite spot. It had a slight odor at first (just the sofa, not the cushions), but that disappeared quickly. It's sturdy, the cushions are thick enough, simply fantastic!

Das Produkt kam schnell bei uns an und sieht wirklich gut aus. Die Beschreibung der Bedienungsanleitung ist wirklich schrecklich. Hat sehr lange gedauert und benötigt min. 2 Personen.

The product arrived quickly and looks really good. The instruction manual, however, is truly awful. It took a very long time to assemble and requires at least two people.

Great sofa for the price, I would buy it again in a heartbeat. The cushions are very thick and well-made. My pets and I love it.
