The Klarstein MultiChef gives you both — a four-zone hybrid hob combining gas burners and electric plates in a single built-in unit, with a total output of 6,300 W.
The two gas burners (2,000 W and 1,000 W) respond instantly to every adjustment, giving you the precise, high-heat control that searing a steak or stir-frying demands. The two electric plates (1,500 W and 1,800 W) deliver consistent, even heat across the base of your pan — exactly what a slow-cooked sauce or a delicate risotto needs. Six power levels per zone and independent control of each cooking zone mean you can run four completely different dishes at four completely different temperatures, all at once.
Cast-iron pan supports hold your pots and pans firmly in place. Automatic ignition gets the gas burners lit without a lighter, and a flame-failure safety device cuts the gas if the flame goes out unexpectedly.
The MultiChef is designed for built-in installation into a kitchen worktop and requires both a gas supply and an electrical connection. Installation cut-out dimensions are specified in the instruction manual, and the minimum clearance distances stated in the manual must be observed. Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional.

Very well built. Excellent quality. The knobs are either on or off so not great control over the heat on gas. But you could hit it with a tank and it would survive.
Très bon appareil, le réglage des feux après avoir changé les buse de gaz en G30 pour butane, ce fait facilement avec la vis doré qui ce trouve sous chaque bouton d'allumage, il suffit juste de les enlever et de visser ou dévisser en fonction de votre façon de cuire, (le réglage se fait avec feux au minimum pour une meilleur gestion de la flamme).
Kvalitní produkt za příznivou cenu. Kombinace plynu a indukce je super, možnost kterou jsem jinde neviděla, takže velké plus za originální zboží .
J'utilise la partie gaz sur bouteille de butane et ai donc changé les injecteurs. Tout fonctionne bien, à l'exception des boutons de réglage des feux qui passent du minimum au maximum en à peine 1/5 de tour. Et il n'y a à ma connaissance aucune vis de réglage de la sensibilité des boutons, manque aussi un réglage fin de l'entrée d'air.
C'est désagréable à l'usage car la taille de la flamme n'est réglable qu'en soulevant la casserole et en réglant le bouton au millimètre.
Cet article est très beau mais tant qu'il n'a pas été posé il m'est impossible de donner un avis. Ce que je ne manquerai pas de faire quand je l'aurai utilisé .

Posso dare solo 5 ⭐ stelle.. Ma secondo me, il piano cottura meriterebbe 10 stelle. La qualità tedesca è ancora sinonimo di garanzia. Robusto, molto funzionale, esteticamente bellissimo specie se abbinato, come nel mio caso, con altri elettrodomestici color nero; tipo cappa aspirante, lavello con gruppo, e frigorifero maxi.CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

Funciona bien y es fácil de limpiar. Le tuve que cambiar los inyectores ya que con los que traía puestos el fuego era amarillo y quemaba las ollas. Los inyectores de repuesto con menos pase de gas vienen incluidos y son fáciles de cambiar. Solamente tienes que ver de ponerle cada uno donde corresponde dependiendo el tamaño del hornillo.

Nous avons supprimé les deux tiroirs situés en dessous de la plaque tout en conservant leur face afin de récupérer un espace suffisant, la hauteur de la plaque précédente (électrique/gaz) étant moindre et afin de fournir une ventilation suffisante. Utilisation simple, deux zones induction jumellables, commandes intuitives, fonctionnement correct sans anomalie après un mois d'utilisation. Les brûleurs gaz évitent d'être uniquement dépendant de l'électricité et permettent de continuer à utiliser d'anciens ustensiles, notamment un grill en fonte. La surface de la plaque est très facile à nettoyer.

Der Gas-Druckminderer für Propangas braucht die Einstellung 30 mbar!!! Auf die Frage 30 oder 50 mbar ist die Firma Klarstein hier lt. Service-Aussage unwissend. Auf der Originalverpackung steht 30 mbar und damit ist der Artikel Top. Viel Lauferei und Umtausch für Unwissenheit.

Dopo un imprevisto sul piano cottura,( rimaneva una spia accesa) ho rimandato l’articolo indietro e Dopo un paio di settimane mi è arrivato,adesso a distanza di qualche mese posso dire che funziona veramente bene, lo consiglio
Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und problemlos. Der Einbau und die Anpassung an die lokale Gasversorgung waren dank dem mitgelieferten Zubehör sehr einfach zu bewerkstelligen, alles passte auf Anhieb. Das Kochfeld funktioniert einwandfrei und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen – insbesondere auch weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar ist.
Me compré la placa mixta porque la nesecitaba en un sitio sin conexión en la Red eléctrica, únicamente con placas solares. Esta genial, queda muy bien y es 100% funcional.
A parte la bella vista che lascia, anche le finiture molto soddisfacenti e funziona bene.Unica cosa non ho trovato una grande informazione sugli ingombri e misure, perciò mi ha fatto dannare un po’.
Was für ein wunderschönes Kochfeld. Es ist ein echter Hingucker in jeder Küche. Die Kombination von 4 Gasflammen und einem Elektrofeld gibt einem viele Möglichkeiten, zu Kochen wie Profis. Der Einbau ist leicht, nur die passende Öffnung aussägen, Dichtungen auf die Unterseite kleben und das Kochfeld einlegen. Der Gasanschluss sollte natürlich durch eine Fachfirma vorgenommen werden während der Stromanschluss einfach über die Steckdose erfolgt. Auch die Reinigung des Ceranfeldes ist denkbar einfach. Wir haben das Kochfeld mit einem passenden Elektro Backofen kombiniert, mit dem Vorteil, dass auch dieser über einen 220 Volt Anschluss verfügt. Ich hatte noch nie ein einen schöneren Herd und freue mich auf das Kochen damit.
De momento va bastante bien, la parte de vitro muy rápida y los fogones muy fáciles de encender y usar. Por ponerle una pega, para limpiarla es incómoda, porque se queda como empañada, pero por lo demás, funciona estupendamente.
