The heart rate monitor transmits data wirelessly via Bluetooth BLE 4.0, ANT+ or 5.3 KHz connectivity to your compatible Capital Sports device or your favourite apps such as Strava, Wahoo Fitness, MapMyFitness, Zwift, Runtastic and Kinomap. This allows you to quickly and easily evaluate, adjust and optimise your training for your training needs. To ensure that you are not disturbed during training, we have placed great emphasis on wearing the Puls3 BT heart rate chest strap comfortably: The elastic polyester strap is particularly soft and individually adjustable to most body sizes. With an IP67 protection class, the heartbeat sensor is also protected from rain, sweat & and dust.
