Quiet enough for open-plan living: From as low as 61 dB on its lowest setting, the Total Eclipse 60 runs unobtrusively in the background — you can hold a conversation at the kitchen table without raising your voice.
Powerful enough for serious cooking: Three fan speed settings and a 165 W motor deliver up to 594.2 m³/h of airflow, so heavy steam, frying smells, and smoke are cleared efficiently — even when things get lively on the hob.
Works with or without an external duct: Run the Total Eclipse 60 as a ducted extractor vented outside, or switch to recirculation mode with the included activated charcoal filter — no external outlet required, making it far more flexible to install.
Cleaning that takes care of itself: The five-layer aluminium grease filters are fully dishwasher-safe — just pop them out, put them in the machine, and they come out good as new. No scrubbing, no specialist filter replacements.
See exactly what you're cooking: Integrated LED lights (2 × 1.5 W + 2 W, 3000K–6500K) cast clear, even illumination across the hob surface at a fraction of the running cost of traditional halogen bulbs.
Product description
Greasy haze, steamed-up windows, and that lingering smell of last night's dinner — none of it belongs in a kitchen you actually enjoy cooking in. The Klarstein Total Eclipse 60 angled cooker hood gets rid of all three, quietly and without making a fuss. Whether you choose the black safety glass or stainless steel finish, it sits cleanly above your hob with the kind of understated look that suits a modern kitchen far better than a bulky chimney-style extractor.
A 165 W motor pulls air through at anywhere between 391.8 m³/h and 594.2 m³/h depending on the speed setting — more than enough to clear steam, smoke, and cooking smells even when you're doing a proper fry-up or a long simmer. You can run it as a ducted extractor with an external vent, or switch to recirculation mode using the included activated charcoal filter — no external ducting needed in that case, making it a practical option for kitchens where running a duct to the outside isn't straightforward.
The five-layer aluminium grease filters trap fat particles efficiently and go straight in the dishwasher — no scrubbing, no expensive replacement parts. Illuminating the hob are integrated LED lights (2 × 1.5 W + 2 W, 3000K–6500K) that give you clear, even light over the cooking surface while drawing considerably less power than halogen alternatives. The backlit touch panel lets you adjust the fan speed and lighting without fumbling for buttons.
With an annual energy consumption of just 44 kWh and noise levels starting from 61 dB, the Total Eclipse 60 is particularly well suited to smaller and medium-sized kitchens with standard ceiling heights. For wall mounting, an installation height of 65–75 cm above the hob surface is recommended. Please note: installation should be carried out by a qualified professional.
Give your kitchen the fresh start it deserves — order the Klarstein Total Eclipse 60 today and get back to enjoying the cooking, not the aftermath.
