The Klarstein Goldflame 3 45cm puts three burners into a 45 cm built-in hob — giving you the kind of instant, precise flame control that no electric or induction hob can match. Turn the dial and the heat responds immediately: full rolling boil in seconds, a gentle simmer held exactly where you want it, or fierce wok heat that actually sears.
Safety is built in from the start. The Flame Failure Device (FFD) continuously monitors each burner and automatically cuts the gas supply the moment a flame goes out unexpectedly — no action needed from you. The electric SnapJet ignition system lights every burner with a single press, no matches or lighters required. Together, these two systems make everyday cooking significantly safer without adding any complexity.
Two removable cast-iron pan supports sit across the glass-ceramic surface, holding everything steady from a small milk pan to a heavy cast-iron casserole. Cast iron spreads heat evenly beneath your cookware and is built to last for years of daily use. The glass-ceramic surface with its stainless steel frame wipes clean easily and keeps its finish even with heavy use.
The Goldflame 3 comes factory-set for natural gas (20 mbar) and can be converted to LPG (50 mbar) for use with a gas bottle — so it works whether your kitchen has a mains gas connection or not. The Italian-made Sabaf burners deliver even heat distribution across the full base of your pan. A hose and pressure regulator are included in the box.
