The Goldflame is built around Italian-made Sabaf brass burners, which are engineered for even heat distribution across the whole base of your pan — no hot spots, no uneven cooking. Cast iron pan supports keep your cookware rock-steady whether you're using a heavy cast iron casserole or a small milk pan. The stainless steel and toughened glass finish looks at home in both modern and traditional kitchens, and wipes clean after even the most ambitious dinner.
Safety is built in, not bolted on. Electric ignition lights each burner with a single press — no matches, no lighters. The Flame Failure Device (FFD) monitors every burner continuously and cuts the gas supply automatically if a flame goes out unexpectedly. Side-mounted controls keep the cooking surface clear and give you an ergonomic, uncluttered interface.
The Goldflame works on both natural gas (20 mbar, factory set) and LPG (50 mbar) — the conversion kit, hose, and pressure regulator are all included in the box.
