Designed to sit flush in your kitchen counter, the Goldflame 4 Slim looks the part too — a stainless steel finish that wipes clean and holds up to daily cooking. One-touch electric ignition means no matches, no faff. The cast iron pan supports are heavy-duty and stable enough for a full wok, yet sized to hold a small espresso pot without wobbling — and the mass of the iron distributes heat evenly across the base of whatever you're cooking in.
